8:00 AM Registration and Breakfast (Prefunction Space in front of Waconia Ballroom)

9:00 AM Morning Sessions (Waconia Ballroom)

12:00 PM Lunch (Waconia Ballroom)

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Breakout sessions: (Isanti & Anoka Rooms)

25-Year Celebration

Everyone is invited to this special evening event, and we hope you can join us. You are also welcome to bring a guest!

TUESDAY, AUGUST 5

5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

5:00 PM Cocktail Hour (Prefunction Space and Outdoor Patio)

Guests will arrive and enjoy drinks and appetizers. Staff will be expected to greet attendees, help with flow, and ensure the patio and prefunction spaces are welcoming and well-managed. Two Roaming magicians will begin during this time, and light DJ background music will be playing. We will also have our Ice Sculpture Drink Luge flowing.

6:30 PM Dinner Program (Waconia Ballroom)

This seated dinner will include remarks from leadership, company milestones, Rep Awards, employee recognition, and a toast to 25 years.

8:00 PM After Party: Music, Memories & More (Waconia Ballroom)

Staff should help keep guests entertained during the after-party space and encourage participation in all activities.

The evening will feature:

  • Live Music by ‘In the Fields’ Band & Dance Floor Open

  • Custom Ice Sculptures & Signature Drink Luge

  • S’mores Bonfires on the Patio

  • Photo Booth

  • Games (Foosball, Shuffleboard, and more)

Dress code: Dressy Casual – No need to be super dressy, but please skip the jeans. Slacks or a nice shirt will do just fine.

Parking: Please park in the North Entrance Lot located directly outside Mystic Lake Center. Parking is free and just steps from the event entrance. Do not use the main casino entrance—it’s a long walk from the casino to the event center. When entering directions into your GPS, type “Mystic Lake Center” (not just Mystic Lake) for accurate directions to the event center parking lot.


Wednesday, August 6

BOERGER FACTORY TOUR

9:00 AM All Boerger staff should be onsite and ready. Ensure that equipment displays, demo stations, and the Boerger trailer are fully set up and operational.

9:30 AM Reps Shuttle buses depart from Mystic Lake Center to the Boerger USA factory.

10:00 AM Boerger USA Open House for Reps Begins

11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Famous Dave’s Catered Lunch

11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Beer Truck Onsite

1:00 PM Closing Remarks & Buses depart Boerger factory to MSP Airport Charter buses will be available in the afternoon to shuttle guests to the airport in groups.
