25-Year Celebration
Dress code: Dressy Casual – No need to be super dressy, but please skip the jeans. Slacks or a nice shirt will do just fine.
5:00 PM Cocktail Hour (Prefunction Space and Outdoor Patio)
Kick off the evening with drinks, appetizers, and great company! Enjoy the outdoor patio, mingle with colleagues, and take time to relax before the formal program begins. Light entertainment will be featured throughout the cocktail hour.
6:30 PM Dinner Program (Waconia Ballroom)
Join us as we celebrate 25 years of Boerger USA with a seated dinner, special awards, milestone highlights, and a special toast to the people who helped shape our journey.
8:00 PM After Party: Music, Memories & More (Waconia Ballroom)
The celebration continues with live music, dancing, cocktails, and interactive fun. Enjoy custom ice sculptures and our signature drink luge, roast s’mores by the bonfires, snap photos at the photo booth, and play games like shuffleboard and foosball.
It’s going to be a night to remember.
WED, August 6
8:00 AM Breakfast in lobby area (Mystic Lake Center)
9:30 AM Charter buses depart from the North Entrance Parking Lot at Mystic Lake Center to the Boerger USA factory. (Bring your luggage)
10:00 AM Boerger USA factory tour in Chanhassen, MN (Directions) Explore our full product lineup with equipment displays, hands-on demonstrations, and the Boerger trailer. See our control capabilities and connect with our team to get your questions answered in a interactive setting.
11:00 AM Catered Lunch Enjoy a catered lunch and unwind with a cold beverage from our on-site beer truck.
1:00 PM Closing Remarks & Buses depart Boerger factory to MSP Airport Charter buses will be available in the afternoon to shuttle guests to the airport in groups.
1:00 PM – Shuttle to MSP Airport (First Departure)
2:40 PM – Shuttle to MSP Airport (Second Departure)
