Kick off the week with a relaxed evening. This casual open-house-style reception is your chance to grab a drink, enjoy some great food, and connect with Boerger staff and other sales reps.
Dress code: Smart Casual – Comfortable, polished, and ready for a good time.

8:00 AM Breakfast in lobby area (Waconia Event Space - Mystic Lake Center)
9:30 AM Charter buses depart from the North Entrance Parking Lot at Mystic Lake Center to the Boerger USA factory. (Bring your luggage)
Morning BUS Departures (Outbound):
Pick-up at Mystic Lake ➤ Drop-off at Boerger LLC (Chanhassen)
For guests taking the MSP Airport shuttles in the afternoon:
Buses 1–3
- Spot @ Mystic: 9:15 AM
- Departs Mystic: 9:30 AM
- Arrives at Boerger: 10:00 AM
- Coaches remain on-site for bags
IF YOU ARE RETURNING TO MYSTIC LAKE IN THE AFTERNOON TAKE BUS 4:
Bus 4 (No Airport Shuttle)
- Spot @ Mystic: 8:45 AM
- Departs Mystic: 9:00 AM
- Arrives at Boerger: 9:30 AM
Please bring your luggage with you when boarding the morning bus to Boerger. All coaches will remain on-site during the event to securely store bags.
If you are flying out after the event, make note of which bus you rode in on (Buses 1–3), as you will return to the airport on the same coach in the afternoon.
Bus 4 does not go to the airport. It returns to Mystic Lake only.

11:00 AM Catered Lunch Enjoy a catered lunch and unwind with a cold beverage from our on-site beer truck.
1:00 PM Closing Remarks & Buses depart Boerger factory to MSP Airport Charter buses will be available in the afternoon to shuttle guests to the airport in groups.
